I trained at the highly regarded Clifton Practice in Bristol, and can help with anxiety/stress, phobias, weight-control, confidence-building, and many other issues. A free initial consultation of up to 1 hour allows us to discuss your needs and determine whether hypnotherapy can help. I also offer stop-smoking sessions - a single session of up to two hours (no initial consultation required).
